Anti-Collusion Policy

Collusion is a form of cheating in which two or more players signal their holdings or otherwise form a cheating partnership to the detriment of the other players at the same table.

We use sophisticated software to detect collusive behaviour by analysing who plays together, how they play and bet, and any irregular betting patterns. Our collusion detection system is in operation 24 hours a day. All game activities are logged and saved in our database. We are therefore able to analyse the hands in the game log, and search for suspicious playing patterns.

If any player is found to be participating in any form of collusion his or her account may be permanently closed and any funds in his or her account may be withheld.
